To ensure your name is included, when renewing please indicate your gender.Members will also receive greater access to the players through exclusive open training sessions and Fan Day, discounted tickets to Eels Home Games, access to Members only news and much more.Are there any new Membership Packages this in 2013?The Membership Department have listened to our fans and members and this year we are pleased to announce the introduction of our Queenslander Eel membership for our 'above the border' fans and Melbourne Eel membership for our fans 'below the border' in 2013 to provide more opportunities to members wanting to attend games.When will 2013 Membership renewal packs be sent out?The Membership brochure will be available online prior to the renewal period.Included in the brochure will be the 2013 application form and a detailed outline of all 2013 Membership packages and benefits.In 2013 I would like to change my seats, how do I do this?If you are a current member requesting to move seats, please indicate your preferred Stand and Bay on your 2013 application form.When your application is received your 2012 seats will be renewed to avoid losing your current seats. Your request will be dealt with after the renewal period from 7th December.Members will be contacted during this process via email or phone. We will try our best to accommodate all seating requests; however, this is dependent on availability.Will there be an increase in membership prices for 2013?No. Prices will not be increasing. In 2013 we have decreased the price of the RegionEels membership for our Regional members.When will I receive my member card?Once your Membership application has been processed we will strive to have your Membership cards mailed to you as soon as possible. Membership Packs will be received by all Members before the commencement of the 2013 football season**Dependent on date of renewal/joiningWhat classifies a Junior, Concession or Family?Child – 16 years and under (Children aged 4 and under are not required to have a ticket, but must sit on a guardians lap)Concession – Applies to Pensioners (aged, war, invalid or TPI) or current full time students (including ages 5-15 years, TAFE and University students). Proof of eligibility must be sent with the application form; otherwise the adult rate will apply (Senior Cards will not be accepted)Family – Includes several variations:• 2 x Adult and 2 x Children• 2 x Adult and 2 x ConcessionWhat happens if my member card is lost?Memberships will be replaced free of charge if they have been stolen and a copy of the police report is shown. In all other cases replacement cards will cost $15.00 per card.How do I know my application has been received?Members who renew online will receive a confirmation email after renewing/joining in 2013.How can I pay for Memberships?Credit Card – Please fill out our ONLINE APPLICATION FORM including all credit card details. Alternatively fill out the enclosed application form in the Membership brochure and return to: Memberships PO BOX 2666, North Parramatta NSW 1750.Cheque/Money Order – Complete application form with cheque or money order made out to: Parramatta National Rugby League Club and return to Memberships PO BOX 2666, North Parramatta NSW 1750Debitsuccess InformationWhat Is Debitsuccess?This year all EELS ticketed members (new and renewing) have the optionof paying for their membership through instalments. The number ofpayments allowed will depend on when you submit your membershipapplication/renewal, as all memberships must be paid in full by October31st, 2013.How Much Does It Cost?Debitsuccess will add a 3% transaction fee to each instalment. There willalso be a $5.00 set-up fee that you will pay directly to Debitsuccess uponselecting the instalment option.You can do up to 12 instalments?The number of instalments will depend on when you join, but regardlessof when you join all memberships must be paid in full by October 31st,2013. You can choose to make either fortnightly or monthly instalments.How do I take advantage of this option?Simply tick the ‘I wish to pay for my membership through instalments’option on your application/renewal form and complete and return therelevant Debitsuccess form once it’s sent out to you.When will I get my membership pack if I pay throughinstalments?All members who select to pay by instalments will receive theirmembership pack in February, however instalments will continue to comeout of your account until the full amount has been received.If any instalments are missed after the membership pack has been sentout, the membership may be cancelled and barcodes voided.What are the fees if I miss a payment?There is an automatic $10.00 fee for any missed payments and this feeis charged by Debitsuccess. Please ensure you always have enoughmoney available in your nominated account.Which cards can I use to make instalments?You can choose to use a credit card, debit credit card, or savings accountto pay for your membership through instalments. However, please beaware that the same card must be used for all instalments.Can I select when the payments come out?You can select between fortnightly or monthly instalments. If you selectmonthly instalments, you can also select which date you’d like thepayments to be taken by contacting Debitsuccess directly.Direct Debit - In order to pay via Direct Debit please indicate on application form. The full amount will be an aggregate of 6 monthly payments. Please read the DebitSuccess form before selecting this option.
