Member Ticketing Guide


This year we have a number of new - and improved - options for our Members to use their Membership access rights at home games. All full-season 2016 ticketed Members can use the methods below to either print an e-ticket, forward an e-ticket or put their seat up for sale using the online Membership portal.

Are you a 3-game or 5-game flexi Member and don't yet have your Membership card ahead of Round One? Please contact our Membership team on eels.membership@parraeels.com.au for information on how to redeem a ticket for game day.

HOW TO: Print a ticket from your Membership at home

2016 Members with a ticketed Membership who do not have their Membership card can print a ticket to gain entry to an Eels home game. It is important to note that - to prevent double-ups - once you have generated an e-ticket for a game, your Membership card barcode will NOT scan to allow you access to that game. 

1.      Proceed to the Eels Membership portal and login using your account ID/email and password

2.    Once logged in, Click on “Manage my products” and select the event you would like to manage.

3.    Select "Print-at-Home" and you will then see the option to choose which membership seat you wish to print. Check the box next to the seat you wish to print an e-ticket for.

4.    Once seats are selected, click on "Print" in the top right corner of the page.

5.    A pop up will appear, click "reprint products" and then continue to print.

6.    A summary page will appear, check the box to agree to terms and conditions and then press "submit".

7.    A confirmation page will load and the PDF will download with the tickets ready to print-at-home (this will appear in downloads and/or in the bottom corner of your computer screen).

8.    PLEASE NOTE: Printing a ticket at home will cancel the membership barcode for the game selected. The ticket must be used once created.

Seat Warmer Program:

If you are not able to attend one of our home games, put your seat up for resale! If your seat is resold you will earn a discount off your 2017 membership.

Instructions:

  1. Click through to the Membership portal and login
  2. Once logged in, Click on “manage my products” and select the event you would like to manage
  3. Once in the event of your choice, select the RETURN action, then select which seat you would like to put up for resale
  4. A summary will appear for confirmation, click “Continue for return” to progress
  5. Click submit.
  6. Once the confirmation page has displayed, your seat is up for sale!
  7. PLEASE NOTE. If your seat is sold, an account credit will be added for your 2017 membership renewal.

 

HOW TO: Forward a ticket from your Membership to another Eels supporter

1.    Click through to the Membership portal and login

2.    Once logged in, Click on “Manage my products” and select the event you would like to manage.

3.    Select Transfer tickets and you can then select the seats you would like to transfer.

4.    Once seats are selected, click on transfer, in the top right of the page.

5.    A pop up will appear, with a review of the seats, click continue to transfer.

6.    A recipient page will appear, here you will need to enter the details of the person you are forwarding the ticket to.

a.     You can only forward tickets to one contact at a time.

b.    Once entered, click add.

7.    Select the desired recipient off the list.

8.    You can also set up an email reminder, should your tickets be unclaimed. Then, click next step.

9.    A summary page will appear, check box to agree top terms and conditions and then click "complete transfer". A confirmation email will be sent to the account holder and also to the person receiving the ticket.

10.  PLEASE NOTE: Forwarding tickets cancel the membership barcode for the game selected. The ticket must be used once created.
