The Parramatta Eels would like to pass on their heartfelt condolences to the Mannah family following the passing of Jon overnight.
Jon was a Parramatta junior, extremely popular among his teammates and his brave battle with Hodgkins Lymphoma touched us all. He was just 23.
Parramatta Chairman Roy Spagnolo said "It's tragic in any case to lose a young life, but it's even more difficult when it's one of our own”.
Our thoughts are with his brother Tim and the Mannah family, and we ask that their privacy be respected during this difficult time.
The funeral will be on the 21st of January at 11:00am. 34 Princes Road East, Auburn / Regents Park.
The Mannah family has asked that anyone who wanted to make a donation in lieu of flowers to please do so their church.
