Where no email address has been provided, a copy of the information has been mailed out to eligible voting members. This information has also been placed on the Parramatta Leagues Club Noticeboard and is available at both the Football Office and Leagues Club Reception.

For all eligible voting members, the election of Directors to the Parramatta District Rugby League Club Board will take place in the Sterling Room located on Level 2 of the Parramatta Leagues Club on Saturday, 8th December 2012 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
