As part of Parramatta's visit to Armidale, the Eels players were keen to get a taste for what life is like out on the farm.
Fuifui Moimoi, Tim Mannah, Matt Keating and the Under 16s and Under 18s teams all learned how to shear a sheep.
"It's a fun way to bond. Something like this brings the team together and when we go back to Parramatta, we can all look back at the fun we had on the farm," Michael Bassan, Eels game development officer said.
Eels forward Tim Mannah really enjoyed the day, which brought a lot of laughs and taught him something new.
"Theres something about being in the great outdoors that brings people together," he said.
Some of the boys were better than others at sheep shearing- check out our video above!
