The Eels get woken up by Sunrise

It's been another action packed day in Armidale - starting with an early morning on Channel 7's Sunrise program.
Grant Denyer kept the boys entertained (or was it the other way around?) until he tried to tackle one of our 18 year old giants, Kelepi Tanginoa.
The 104 kg machine was too much for Grant- sorry if he hurt you! As you can see from our video, the boys had a lot of fun.
The team then had a training session using the wonderful facilities at UNE, before splitting off to explore the town.
Chris Sandow and Willie Tonga spent time playing with the young kids at Minimbah Public, doing football activities and having a question and answer session which is always a lot of fun.
They followed it up with a trip to the Armidale PCYC, talking to high school kids about peer pressure, domestic violence and achieving their goals.
Everyone is having a great trip and enjoying spending time with our regional fans in Armidale, and it's all thanks to our fantastic corporate partner UNE.
