Following the voluntary resignation of all remaining directors of Parramatta National Rugby League Club Limited, Mr. Max Donnelly, the temporary administrator of the Parramatta Leagues Club, today announced the appointment of an interim Board of Directors.
In accordance with the requirements of the Corporations Act, the interim board comprises of three members: Mr. Donnelly who will act as Chairman, and Mr. Steve Sherman and Mr. Jim Sarantinos, both of whom are partners of Ferrier Hodgson. The Board will seek to appoint an interim CEO to the football club shortly.
Mr. Donnelly said: “I am pleased that we now have in place the appropriate interim arrangements to allow for the continuity and direction of the football club operations.”
