Membership & Ticketing
What happens to my Membership reserved seat at ANZ Stadium?
Based on feedback from our Members and insights from the Eels Member Council, seating at ANZ Stadium will be reallocated to more closely replicate the seating map at the current Pirtek Stadium.
When will I find out where my new seat is located?
Members will receive their membership renewal in the mail in October 2016. This will detail your new seat location along with other important information on your 2017 Membership.
Will I be able to see my new seat locating before renewing?
Yes. On 20 November 2016, before the 2017 Membership renewal cut off, we will hold an open day at ANZ Stadium. This will allow all Members the opportunity to see their new seat location before the renewal cut off date.
How can I change my new seat location?
Once you have renewed your Membership for 2017, you will be given the opportunity to submit a seat change application. Seat changes will be actioned after the renewal deadline in order of Membership tenure.
How can I request additional seats?
Requests for additional reserved Membership seats will be actioned after all renewing Member requests have been completed. Additional seat requests will be given priority over new Member sales.
How many games will be included in my Membership?
Full season ticketed Members will have access to eleven (11) home games at ANZ Stadium plus access to additional games at ANZ Stadium with reciprocal rights (up to fifteen). Reciprocal access games will be confirmed with the release of the 2017 NRL draw.
When will 2017 Member seating be finalised?
Final seating requests and changes will be actioned after the Membership deadline has passed (30 November 2016).
When will 2017 Membership packs be sent?
For the 2017 season, reserved seat Membership cards will be sent separately to the Membership packs. This will ensure your Membership pack delivery will not be delayed by the seat allocation process. All Members who renew by the renewal deadline will receive packs by the end of December.
Reserved seat Membership cards will be dispatched in early February from Australia. General admission and non-ticketed Members will receive their card with their Membership pack.
How will seats be allocated at your new Parramatta Stadium? Will I have the same seat?
The seats will be different at your new Parramatta Stadium because the seating plan will be different than the current Pirtek and ANZ Stadiums. As a reward to our most loyal Members, those Members with the longest continuous Memberships will be given first choice of seats at the new Parramatta Stadium.
The allocation will be based on three priority levels:
Priority one; full season ticketed Members with those have the longest continuous length of tenure having first choice of full season seats
Priority two; reduced access and non-ticketed Members by length of tenure with those having the longest continuous tenure having first choice of reduced access seats
Priority three; new Members by date of purchase
Please note: Your priority level will be determined by the Membership you hold in the season prior to our move to the new Parramatta Stadium (expected to be season 2018) and the two seasons at ANZ count as part of your tenure. If you allow your Membership to lapse for either 2017 or 2018 season, your tenure will be reset to zero.
