• In order to receive important up-to-date information throughout the season email addresses are required and it is up to the member to notify the Parramatta Eels should the member’s contact details change.
• Other Stadium seating will be allocated based on similar characteristics of Parramatta Stadium seating. Due to the different sized seating bays etc some flexibility is required. Grandstand seating at Parramatta Stadium will be allocated behind the drip line at ANZ stadium.
• Membership cards will not be issued at the time of purchase, but will be distributed prior to the Pirtek Parramatta Eels first home game of season 2013 depending on the time of purchase. Should you purchase not long before the start of the season and your membership card is not ready by the first game please go to gate F at Parramatta Stadium and we will issue you with a
paper ticket.
• All membership cards and packs will be sent to the individual and therefore ALL addresses MUST be provided.
• The Pirtek Parramatta Eels reserve the right to change all, or any of the details enclosed in this brochure.

The Pirtek Parramatta Eels have the right to cancel Memberships for breaches of the condition of entry to Parramatta Stadium or ANZ Stadium, or the breaches of the Supporter Code of Conduct. Cancelled Memberships will not be reimbursed and no compensation will be provided.

• Seats are the property of Parramatta Stadium Trust and ANZ Stadium and are subject to availability i.e. in case of redevelopment to sections of the stadium, seats may no longer be available. All Memberships are subject to the above terms and conditions and purchase of Memberships indicates acceptance of the above.

Entry Requirements:

• Entries will be provided to all people renewing Parramatta Eels memberships, and new members of Parramatta Eels from Wednesday November 7, 2012 up to Wednesday March 6, 2013.

Draw Details:

• The draw will be conducted using an approved random number generator
