CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Persons are prohibited from entering the Stadium with any of the following items:

- glass bottles and cans;
- illegal substances;
- alcohol;
- air horns;
- laser pointers;
- weapons or knives;
- commercial fast foods;
- musical instruments
- oversized eskies
- dogs or other pets
- any political, religious or race-related material
- clothing with offensive wording, pictures, or graphic design
- megaphones, loudphones
- poles, sticks or oversized flags (maximum allowable size is 1m x 1m);
- fireworks, flares or explosives;
- professional photographic, video and recording equipment;
- balls, frisbees, bicycles, skateboards, scooters or skates;
- any other objects which may be used as missiles or weapons; and
- any item that Parramatta Stadium Trust considers inappropriate

Such items may be confiscated by an authorised officer of the Trust. The Trust accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to items confiscated or left outside the Stadium.

A full security check is in effect for the protection of members of the public at gate entrances.

All persons and bags are subject to search by an authorised officer of the Trust.

NRL PASS HOLDERS

The Northern and Southern Terraces at Pirtek Stadium are classed as general admission areas.
Seating for NRL Junior Players/Officials Pass holders is located in the Southern Terrace. Entry is via Gate J.

Seating for NRL Season Pass holders is located in the Northern AND Southern Terraces. Entry is via Gates J & C.

STADIUM SEATING PLAN

Please be aware that the Southern Terrace is a non-alcohol area, and is commonly known as the ‘Family Hill’.

Admittance is subject to availability on presentation of an NRL pass. There are no upgrades on NRL passes.

For games nearing Stadium capacity all NRL pass holders will be directed to the Ticketek booth to show their pass in exchange for a Ticketek ticket. For sold-out games NRL passes will be denied entry.

CATERING

Food and beverage outlets are located around Pirtek Stadium, offering a variety of food and beverage options.

Pirtek Stadium complies with "Responsible Service of Alcohol" legislation. Bar facilities are located around the venue, with the Southern Terrace being an alcohol free zone.

No commercial food, alcohol, cans, or glass bottles are permitted to be brought into the Stadium

MERCHANDISE

A wide variety of Dyldam Parramatta Eels merchandise is available at the outlets around Parramatta Stadium, and at the adjacent Blue and Gold Army HQ, located opposite Parramatta Leagues Club.

SAFETY & WELLBEING

The Dyldam Parramatta Eels pride themselves on providing a safe family environment. Police, St. John’s Ambulance and security staff are in attendance at all home games to maximise the enjoyment of all fans in attendance.

DISABLED FACILITIES

Pirtek Stadium provides a number of services for the disabled including access to toilets, game viewing areas and parking. Wheelchair areas are provided in all four terraces.

Limited Disabled parking is available within the Stadium grounds and must be booked with the Stadium (9683 5755) the Monday prior to the game. Please note that Disabled parking books out early.

THE FAMILY HILL

The Southern Terrace is a designated alcohol free zone, and has traditionally been called the "Family Hill."

SMOKING

Pirtek Stadium is a non smoking venue. Pass outs will be issued up until 20 minutes before the end of the NRL fixture.

BABY CHANGING FACILITIES

Baby Changing Facilities are located around the grandstand sections of Pirtek Stadium, excluding the Northern and Southern Terraces. Stadium staff are available to those seated in the north & south requiring baby changing facilities.

PRAMS & STROLLERS

Due to safety reasons, strollers and prams are not permitted into the Stadium’s seating bowl. Pram ‘cloak rooms’ are provided adjacent to both Gate F and Gate A/B. Please see game day customer service staff for further information.

NRL PASS HOLDERS


The Northern and Southern bays at ANZ Stadium are classed as general admission areas, with entry being via gates B, E, K and M.

On arrival, holders of NRL Junior Players/Officials Pass holders should proceed directly to the turnstiles at Gate K. Holders of NRL Season Passes also need to go directly to the turnstiles at Gate K.


Admittance is subject to availability on presentation of an NRL pass. There are no upgrades on NRL passes.

For games nearing Stadium capacity all NRL pass holders will be directed to the Ticketek booth to show their pass in exchange for a Ticketek ticket. For sold-out games NRL passes will be denied entry.

Please be aware that the area between aisles 134 and 135 is a non-alcohol area.

ANZ Stadium complies with the "Responsible Service of Alcohol" laws. A number of bar facilities are situated around the venue.

Please remember that no alcohol, cans, or glass bottles can be brought into the Stadium.

MERCHANDISE

A wide variety of Parramatta Eels merchandise is available at the outlets around ANZ Stadium on game day, for home games outlets are located at Aisles 127 & 104. Merchandise is also available for purchase at the Eels Store, located opposite Parramatta Leagues Club.

If you have special seating requirements such as wheelchair access, hearing difficulties or you require companion seating please contact the Ticketek Accessible Bookings Team on 02 8736 2770.

• Type in the name of the event you wish to attend
• Select 'Buying Tickets' from the drop down menu
• Then select 'I require special access seating'

ACCESSIBLE PARKING

If you plan to drive, always pre-book your parking for major events. Pre-booked accessible parking costs $10 (plus booking fees). To pre-book parking, call Ticketek on 02 8736 2770 or visit www.ticketek.com.au. Remember, you must book 7 working days in advance to allow for delivery by mail.

If you have booked an accessible parking space, remember to have your RTA permit displayed.

SMOKING

Smoking on the premises is only permitted in designated smoking areas and not within seating, arena floor or enclosed areas.

PRAMS & STROLLERS

Due to safety reasons, strollers and prams are not permitted into the Stadium’s seating bowl. Prams and strollers may be cloaked in cloakrooms or stroller bays provided by the Stadium.
