2022 FAQS - RENEWING MEMBERS
I am a Ticketed Member that is not donating my credit amount. What happens to the membership benefits I didn’t receive during the 2021 NRL Season due to COVID-19?
Ticketed Members that do not choose to donate their credit amount will have the amount for any membership benefits that were unable to be delivered by the Club in 2021 credited towards their 2022 membership.

What is taken into consideration in calculating my 2021 membership credit amount?
2021 credit amounts are calculated as follows:
a) An amount for the cost of your Member Pack is deducted from the membership package price. This amount varies, depending on the type of 2021 membership package held. For further information, please contact the Membership Team on 1300 258 346 or email@example.com
b) The balance is then divided by the number of match entitlements included in a membership package for the season, determining a per match value. The number of matches the Club made available to Members will be deducted from the balance.
c) Members that have not paid in full for their 2021 membership will have any outstanding amounts deducted from any credits due.
Can I request my allocated account credit for 2021 be used across multiple seasons?
No. Your partial 2021 account credit must be used in full for the 2022 NRL season and can be only used toward your 2022 membership balance.
Can I request a refund of my allocated account credit instead of applying it to next seasons membership?
No. Your partial 2021 account credit can only be used towards your 2022 Membership balance or donated to the Club and is not eligible to be refunded, as per the 2021 Membership Terms & Conditions.

My 2021 Membership monthly payment plan was suspended due to hardship and I have an outstanding amount owing on my 2021 Membership invoice. What happens?
For any 2021 Member that has an outstanding amount owing on their 2021 membership invoice, the outstanding amount will be applied to your 2022 membership invoice.

What is the membership rollover?
The annual membership rollover takes the hassle out of renewing your Membership. 2021 Members who have not opted out of 2022 membership will be automatically renewed into the same package(s) and seat(s) for the 2022 NRL Season, using the same payments details as the previous season, unless otherwise advised.
Your Parramatta Eels Membership will automatically renew for 2022 with our Eel4Life payment plan on 17 October 2021. To make changes to your Membership and/or payment details, please contact our Membership Team by 5pm 10 October 2021.

I was on a monthly payment plan in 2021, can I pay my outstanding 2022 membership invoice amount on a monthly payment plan in 2022?
As per previous seasons, all Members have the option to pay for their 2022 membership invoice via a 10 month payment plan or in one lump sum via the 2022 membership rollover. The first monthly payment and/or the one lump sum payment (depending on which option a Member chooses) is due on 17 October 2021.
How can reserved seat Members request different seats for 2022?
Reserved seat Members are welcome to apply for a seat change in the lead-up to the 2022 season, by completing the Reserved Seat Member Seat Change Request form here.
Members with a reserved seat are required to renew their Membership prior to the 2022 reserved seat member deadline (date TBC) if they wish to retain their seat from 2021. Members must renew their Membership for 2022 in order to be considered for a seat change.
How many games do Members have access to in 2022?
Game access for Members varies according to package. For further information on the amount of games your 2022 membership entitles you to access or other Member benefits you are set to receive, please contact the Membership Team on 1300 258 346 or firstname.lastname@example.org
When can Members expect to receive their Membership pack and Member card?
We are working hard to ensure your 2022 Membership Pack is dispatched in November 2021. We cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery at this time but will continue to keep you updated regarding your delivery.
Please ensure that your address details are up to date. The Membership Team will let you know via email when your 2022 Member pack is on the way.
How can Members update their details?
Members can update their details via their online Account Manager. Simply log in using your username (email address) and password to make the necessary changes.

Where does my 2021 membership contribution go?
Members are the lifeblood of the Parramatta Eels. Your membership contribution plays a significant role in supporting key Club initiatives, including but not limited to:
- The development of our Community Facility and Centre of Excellence at Kellyville. The project is underway, we are well advanced on the design and planning and construction on the next stage is due to commence in 2022. We look forward to sharing more information with you in the coming months;
- Supporting the 31 Clubs and nearly 6,000 registered players in the Parramatta Junior League and delivering rugby league programs in Western Sydney schools,
- Contributing towards our Community initiatives which are currently targeted at providing meals to Western Sydney families impacted by COVID, and delivering programs addressing mental health, promoting active and healthy lifestyles in young children and sports activity programs for people with physical and intellectual disabilities; and
- Enhancing our Elite Pathways to ensure our emerging Eels stars develop into future NRL and NRLW players for the Blue and Gold.
I pledged my 2020 Membership/s, when will I receive my Pledge Shirt/s?
Pledge Members should have received an SMS update on 30 August 2021 in relation to their Pledge shirt delivery. The dispatch of Pledge Shirt commenced w/c 6 September. Pledge Members will receive an Australia Post tracking email once their package has been dispatched.

Membership Donation FAQ’s
I have donated my 2021 membership credit amount. What do I do next?
If you have completed the Membership Donation form, there is no need for you to do anything else. The Club will be in contact after the Membership Donation form closes (10 October, 2021) with further information on your donation, including when you can expect to receive your tax-deductible receipt from the Australian Sports Foundation.
2022 COVID-19 Information
What is the Eels' Member COVID-19 Compensation Policy if games during the 2022 NRL Season are impacted?
In the event the Parramatta Eels cannot fulfil match entitlements outlined in ticketed membership packages as a result of COVID-19 or any other unforeseen act, Members will be presented with the following compensation options:
1. Donation: Opportunity to donate their 2022 membership fee and surrender all unfulfilled match benefits;
2. Credit: Earn a credit towards a 2023 Parramatta Eels membership, with the value calculated as follows:
a. An amount for the cost of your Member Pack is deducted from the membership package price. This amount varies, depending on the type of 2022 membership package held. For further information, please contact the Membership Team.
b. The balance is then divided by the number of match entitlements included in a membership package for the season, determining a per match value. The number of matches the Club made available to Members by season’s end will be deducted from the balance.

What will be the COVID-19 protocols for Members at Bankwest Stadium in 2022?
The Club and Bankwest Stadium are working hard to understand what COVID-19 protocols will be in place for the 2022 NRL Season and will continue to do so over the coming months. The Club will follow the Government requirements for outdoor sporting events, as well as NRL protocols, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our Members, players and staff.
The Club is committed to providing all Members with updates on this matter as soon as information becomes available.
