Round 2 Ticketed Member Update
With our first home game of the 2021 NRL season fast approaching, we thought it would be beneficial to provide you with an update on key information regarding game day, including information on Member game day access.
Round 2 Member Access and Seating
Whilst seating / venue capacity is currently at 75% due to NSW Government COVID-19 restrictions, we are pleased to announce that Ticketed Eels Members will be able to use their 2021 Member cards at the turnstiles to scan and enter Bankwest Stadium. Members will also be able to sit in their specific seating allocation, as determined by the seating details on the back of your Member card.
Please note, you will also receive an ‘electronic Membership card’ (E-Membership card) via email before Round 2. Your E-Membership is a duplication of your physical Member card – in essence, you can use your E-Membership instead of your physical Member card to enter home games. If you haven’t received your E-Membership by Wednesday 17 March, please contact the Membership Team.
Member Cap Collection
2021 Eels Members can collect their Member Cap (if applicable to your package) at Round 2. Members can collect their caps from the Membership Marquee outside Gate B pre-game OR from inside the stadium at the Member Services Outlet located at Gate D until full-time. Please bring your Voucher and/or Membership Card when collecting your cap. The Membership team recommends Eels Members pick up their items early to avoid the queue.
Ticketing & Membership Assistance
We are expecting a large crowd for our clash with the Storm, so please make sure you arrive nice and early to ensure that you don’t miss any of the action.
The Membership Team will be located externally and internally at Bankwest Stadium, where they will be present at the Member Service Outlet located at Gate D & in the Membership Marquee outside of Gate B. The Membership Team will be able to assist Members with any queries that you might have.
The Eels Ticket Box outside Gate B will be open from 6:15pm and is available for any Eels Ticket Collections or Game Day enquiries.
Furthermore, our Fan Experience Team will be there to assist Members with any questions or enquiries that you might have.

Please note: The Membership Marquee/Member Services Window @ Gate B & Member Services Outlet @ Gate D do not accept cash for Membership or ticketing payments. Members Lounge ’47
Members Lounge ’47 returns at Bankwest Stadium! Located in the North West corner of the ground, Members Lounge ’47 will be open from 6.30pm.
Game Day Merchandise
Be sure to visit our Merchandise outlets to get your hands on the latest Blue & Gold apparel ahead of the 2021 season!
Merchandise will be available at the Eels Merchandise outlets internal of Gate A and Gate B. Show your 2021 Eels Membership card to receive 15% off!
Members Pledge Honour Wall
The Members Pledge Honour Wall at our current Club facilities will be in place before our first home game in Round 2, where the names of all Pledge Members will be proudly displayed. We will share images of the Members Pledge Honour Wall with Pledge Members once finalised. In the future, a new Members Pledge Honour Wall will also be on display at the Eels' Centre of Excellence.
As a bonus, a second Members Pledge Honour Wall will be proudly displayed at all Eels home games in Members Lounge ’47 at Bankwest Stadium.
Members-only Christmas Training Session
As you know, our traditional Members-only Christmas Training Session was postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions and due to several of our key NRL players not returning to pre-season until after the Christmas period. During the season, we will provide all Members with information on the details of a Members-only Training Session, which we will aim to hold prior to the conclusion of the season.
Member Loyalty Program & Inner Sanctum Experiences Program
We are excited to announce that the Member Loyalty Program & Inner Sanctum Experiences Program will return for the 2021 season. Stay tuned for further information on both Programs over the coming weeks.
