Congratulations to our Round 1 Shine Lawyers Team of the Week, the Kellyville Rouse Hill Bushrangers!
Every home game, we choose one Parramatta District Junior Rugby League Team that demonstrates community spirit, inclusion, growth and development to be our Shine Lawyers Team of the Week.
That team joins us on game day to run out the Dyldam Parramatta Eels, and takes home $500 worth of Madison sporting equipment.
This week, the Bushrangers 2014 Under 10s side are our Team of the Week for their great team spirit shown, when the team all shaved their heads to raise money and awareness of their former team-mate Oscar Buhagiar who died in 2010 of neuroblastoma.
The under-10s side raised more than $33,000 for Cure our Kids last year, is coached by Oscar’s dad Chris and received the coveted Team Spirit of the Year Award at the NewsLocal Junior Sports Star Awards for their remarkable spirit and mateship.
