Parramatta Eels players Bevan French and new Blue and Gold recruits Will Smith and Josh Hoffman are up for nomination as voting opens of the 2017 Indigenous All Stars side.

The Indigenous side, to be selected by public vote, will face the World All Stars in Newcastle on February 10 next year.

Blue and Gold flyer and 2016 Eels Rookie of the Year Bevan French is available for nomination at fullback and wing.

French debuted for the Eels in Round 12, 2016, crossing for 19 tries in his 13 NRL games in 2016, breaking the Parramatta Eels record for the most tries in a debut season.

New recruit Josh Hoffman has one appearance in the All Stars clash, representing the Indigenous side on the wing in the 2015 All Stars match. Hoffman is up for nomination at fullback, wing and centre.

Fellow newcomer Will Smith played in the 2016 Indigenous All Stars side, and is up for nomination at fullback, five eighth and halfback.

Voting will be open for four weeks, beginning Monday, 10.00am November 7th and will close 3.00pm Friday, December 2nd.

The team will then be announced in early December.
