Try Time Rugby League
Established in 2013, Try Time provides a safe and enjoyable environment where children and adults with Special Needs and Intellectual Disabilities can play Rugby League.
Try Time provides the opportunity to play on a weekly basis promoting - fitness, strengthening muscle tone, improvement in gross motor skills, social interaction & team work but most of all having fun and allowing them to feel equal. Our coaching clinics are designed for families to either see or try our program to establish comfort and suitability.
Earlier this year, The John Paul Foundation become a Parramatta Eels community partner. The Foundation has thrown its support behind Try Time Junior Rugby League, with a significant investment to expand its programs.
Try time currently has over 100 participants playing out of Wentworthville JRL and Mounties JRLFC.
