• The Parramatta Eels Membership & Chemist Warehouse $50 (inc GST) Chemist Warehouse Voucher Promotion is valid to 2020 Parramatta Eels Members-only
• The promotion in question is valid from 11 March 2020 and is limited to five hundred (500) transactions-only. The Parramatta Eels and/or Chemist Warehouse can withdraw this promotion at any time without notice
• In order to receive a Voucher, a 2020 Parramatta Eels Member must pay $25 (inc GST) through the Parramatta Eels Ticketmaster Membership Portal (https://oss.ticketmaster.com/aps/parraeels/EN/buy/quickbuy/348)
• 2020 Parramatta Eels Members are valid to purchase one (1) Voucher only
• Following a purchase, the Parramatta Eels will send payment confirmation via email to a Member within 24 hours of the transaction
• Following a purchase, eligible Members will be sent their one (1) Voucher via post from the Parramatta Eels Office (Kellyville Park, Cnr of Kennedy Avenue & Stone Mason Drive, Kellyville NSW 2155). The Parramatta Eels will post Vouchers within five (5) working days of a Members Voucher transaction

• Vouchers are to be treated as cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
• Vouchers are: Redeemable for merchandise or services at all Chemist Warehouse stores; not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or retail accounts.
• A Vouchers balance must be redeemed before expiry date shown on card.
• It is up to you to use the full value before expiry date, cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of this Voucher will not be refunded or credited.
• If purchase exceeds available card balance, you must make up difference with other payment method.
• You are liable for all transactions on your Voucher except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees.
• The Parramatta Eels and Chemist Warehouse reserve the right to change any terms.
• Call Chemist Warehouse on 1300 367 283 if you have any reason to believe an error has occurred in relation to this Voucher or to check your Voucher balance
