1. This promotion is conducted by Parramatta Eels (Australia) Pty Ltd ("Promoter").

The Parramatta Eels Membership/Chemist Warehouse $50 (inc GST) Chemist Warehouse Voucher Promotion is valid to 2020 Parramatta Eels Members that purchase their Membership/s on or after 13 July 2020. The Parramatta Eels and/or Chemist Warehouse can withdraw this promotion at any time without notice

Eligibility

3. To be eligible, a Member must have spent over $99 (inc GST) on selected 2020 Parramatta Eels Membership packages.

4. For avoidance of doubt, the valid 2020 Parramatta Eels Membership packages for the promotion are as follows:

• Full-Season Platinum
• Full-Season Gold
• Full-Season Silver
• Full-Season Bronze
• Full-Season GA
• 4-Game GA (Adult & Family only)
• 4-Game RS (Adult, Concession & Family only)
• Interstate
• NT (Family only)
• BGA Premium (Adult & Family only)
• BGA Basic (Family only) 

Costs

5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from the promotion
6. Any cost, expense or outlay incurred by an Eligible Entrant in connection with the Competition, including those incurred in entering the competition or by accessing a website or online portal, is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility, regardless of whether the Eligible Entrant wins or does not win a Prize.

The customer warrant and agree that:

7. Eligible Members are entitled to receive one (1) physical $50 Chemist Warehouse Voucher per valid Membership purchased
8. Eligible Family of 4 Members are entitled to receive one (1) physical $50 Chemist Warehouse per valid Family of 4 Membership purchased. For avoidance of doubt, please see below for an example:
9. A Member purchases a 2020 Parramatta Eels Full-Season General Admission Family of 4 package for $400 (inc GST). This Member is therefore entitled to receive one (1) $50 Chemist Warehouse Voucher
10. Vouchers are to be treated as cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. They cannot be resold for any reason.
