OXEN METASOCK BOOTS PHOTO COMPETITION

Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The Oxen Metasock Boots Photo Competition ("Competition") is conducted by Oxen Sports Pty Ltd ("Promoter") for the benefit of Parramatta National Rugby League Club Pty Limited, 304 Stone Mason Drive, Kellyville NSW 2155.

2. Competition Period

The Competition commences at 12:00am AEST on 7 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 23 October 2026 ("Competition Period").

Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligible Entrants

Entry is open to residents of Australia.

Directors, management, employees and contractors of the Promoter, Parramatta National Rugby League Club Pty Limited, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "immediate family" means a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling or any person residing at the same residential address.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Competition, entrants must during the Competition Period:

1. Complete the online entry form;

2. Provide their:

  • First Name;
  • Last Name; and
  • Email Address; and

3. Upload a photograph of themselves wearing Oxen Metasock boots.
Only complete entries submitted through the official competition entry form will be accepted.

Entry is free.

5. Entry Requirements

By submitting an entry, entrants warrant that:

  • The uploaded photograph is their original content or that they have obtained all necessary permissions to submit the image.
  • Any persons featured in the photograph have consented to the image being submitted.
  • The photograph does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights or other rights of any third party.
  • The photograph does not contain offensive, defamatory, unlawful or inappropriate content.

The Promoter reserves the right to reject or remove any entry deemed inappropriate or non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions.

6. Verification and Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including identity, age and eligibility.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:

  • breaches these Terms and Conditions;
  • submits false or misleading information;
  • tampers with the entry process; or
  • engages in conduct that may compromise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition.

Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prize Details

There will be one (1) prize winner.

The winner will receive:

One (1) Oxen Sports voucher valued at AUD $350.00 ("Prize").

The total prize pool value is AUD $350.00.

The Prize:

  • is not transferable;
  • is not exchangeable; and
  • cannot be redeemed for cash.

Any terms and conditions applicable to the use of the voucher will apply to the winner.

8. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected via a random electronic draw conducted using the Tradable Bits platform from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

The winner will be contacted directly by the Parramatta Eels team using the contact details provided in their entry to arrange prize distribution.

The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Unclaimed Prize

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within twenty four (24) hours of initial notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winning entry from the remaining eligible entries.

10. Intellectual Property

By entering the Competition, entrants grant the Promoter and Parramatta National Rugby League Club Pty Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, modify and communicate the submitted photograph for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes across all media channels without further compensation.

Entrants retain ownership of their photographs.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Competition will be used for the purpose of administering the Competition, contacting entrants and awarding the Prize.

By entering, entrants consent to their personal information being collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Parramatta Eels Privacy Policy, available at:

Entry is conditional upon providing the requested personal information.

12. Publicity

By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities relating to the Competition and permits the Promoter and Parramatta National Rugby League Club Pty Limited to use their name, image, likeness and entry for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights under applicable Australian consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Parramatta National Rugby League Club Pty Limited are not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the Competition or the acceptance or use of the Prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

14. Cancellation or Modification

If the Competition cannot be conducted as anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, including technical failures, fraud or any other cause, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Competition, subject to any applicable legal requirements.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Parramatta Eels respect and honour the Traditional Custodians of the land and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and future. We acknowledge the stories, traditions and living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on the lands we meet, gather and play on.
