Darwin Booking Terms and Conditions

1) Cancellation

In the event of the Client wishing to alter or cancel the booking, any such alteration or cancellation must be confirmed in writing to the Company. If the Client wishes to cancel the booking, the client must pay the following fee (whether already paid or not)

a) 50% of the total investment up to 8 weeks prior to the first event

b) 100% of the total investment less than 6 weeks prior to the first event.

2) Compensation Policy

In the event the Parramatta Eels cannot fulfil this package because of COVID-19 or any other unforeseen act, clients will be presented with the following compensation options:

a) Credit: Earn a credit towards a future 2025 or 2026 Interstate Trip
b) Refund: In line with hotel and airline policy

3) Amendments

The Company will make every reasonable effort to adhere to the programme but reserves the right at its absolute discretion to alter, modify or change the programme for any reason which the company shall consider to be just and reasonable. The Company will always use its best endeavours to ensure arrangements offered are of at least equal or superior standards.

4) Payments

a) The Client agrees to pay a deposit of 50% within 14 days from the date of the booking contract, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking

b) If the contract date is less than 14 weeks from the programme date, 100% payment will be due immediately

5) Indemnity

a) The Company is not liable for any cancellation, delays, deviations or changes in programmes caused by terrorism, threat of terrorism, riot, civil commotion, industrial dispute, disaster, technical problems with transportation, bad weather, accident, illness or other matters beyond the Company’s control

b) The Client releases and discharges the Company, its employees and agents from all claims of any kind whatsoever, including damage, death or injury, arising from any cause whatsoever except due to an actual breach of duty or negligence by the Company or its employees or agents. The Client indemnifies the Company, its employees and agents from and against all claims, demands, actions, damages, costs, losses and expenses of any nature whatsoever incurred directly or indirectly by the Client or its guests

6) Law

These Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. Parramatta National Rugby League Club Pty Limited. ACN: 092 536 519

7) Miscellaneous

a) This Contract is the entire agreement between the Company and the Client and takes precedence over any other terms and conditions either written or verbal previously issued. No modifications of this Contract shall be of any force unless the modification is expressly stated,

reduced to writing and authorised in writing by the Company

b) The person who signs for the Client represents that he or she has authority to make this Contract on behalf of the Client. If it is found that the signatory lacks authority and that the Client is thereby not liable under this Contract, then the person who signs this contract shall be

deemed to have entered into this Contract with the Company on his/her own behalf

c) The Client must not display any signage or advertising of any kind within the corporate facility without the prior approval of the Parramatta National Rugby League Club.

d) Tickets and/or hospitality packages must not be on-sold at a premium
