The Pirtek Parramatta Eels are proud to be supporting the Walk for Cancer - which is taking place this Friday in the lead-up to our match against the Wests Tigers at Leichhardt Oval.
The committed group of rugby league fans will walk from Campbelltown Stadium to Leichhardt Oval - stopping off at Parramatta Stadium along the way for a well deserved lunch break.
The trip is over 60kms in total, and starts at 5.30am to make it in time for the match at 8.05pm at Leichhardt.
Our charity partner, The Children's Hospital Westmead, as well as the Wests Tigers' partner the Children's Cancer Institute Australia are both supporting this fantastic fundraising cause.
All money raised will go towards fighting children's cancers.
