Pirtek Parramatta Eels prop Mitchell Allgood says the moment he takes the field on Saturday night will be one of his proudest.
Bouncing back from Monday's night's loss to the Sydney Roosters at Allianz Stadium, Allgood says he has no doubt the Eels will lift for their clash with the Cronulla Sharks.
"A lot of boys were frustrated last week," Allgood said.
"But we're all confident we can turn it around.
"We're just focussing on ourselves, individually and as a team. If we get all our stuff right, it'll take care of itself on the field."
The match is also a chance for both teams to remember their teammate, brother, and friend, as they play for the first ever Johnny Mannah Cup.
"Everyone who was lucky enough to know Johnny knew what a champion bloke he was," Allgood said.
"Playing for him is something we are all going take a lot of pride in."
