Second-Rower Simon Fonua produced a remarkable sideline conversion to seal victory amid wild celebrations from his teammates who avenged the Eels loss in the corresponding game last season.

After defeating South Sydney in the Harold Matthews Cup Grand Final last weekend, the victory capped off a tremendous season for the Eels, who now hold the title of National Champions.
