The Pirtek Parramatta Eels will feature a new-look side when they take on the Sydney Roosters tomorrow night at Parramatta Stadium, with as many as four players to make their first NRL appearances this season.
Debutant Brayden Wiliame has been named to start on the wing, while Kenny Edwards has been listed in an extended interchange, potentially to make his NRL debut.
Wentworthville Magpies players Pat O'Hanlon and Jake Mullaney have also been named on the bench to pull on a blue and gold jersey for the first time in 2013.
Young Eels hooker Kaysa Pritchard and centre Api Pewhairangi will both sit out the week with respective ankle and hand injuries, joining Kelepi Tanginoa on the injured list for the next few weeks.
After two consecutive losses and the bye round, Eels forward Darcy Lussick says they're ready to prove a point.
"We have to leave [a loss] behind and focus on our job this week, we've had two weeks to prepare and we'll be ready- there won't be any excuses," he said.
The Eels will be buoyed by the return of Jarryd Hayne after a successful start to the NSW Blues' State of Origin campaign, with the fullback scoring the opening try and saving two from the Queenslanders.
The Roosters will also have all three of their Origin players backing up in the side, with James Maloney, Michael Jennings and Mitchell Pearce all passing fitness tests to play.
But Eels forward Darcy Lussick says it's not going to make the game any easier, even though there may be some tired legs in the opposition.
"Origin players generally pride themselves on playing well on the backup, and two days later they'll probably be a bit sore but I don't' think it'll affect them," Lussick said.
Kick-off is at 7.45pm - click here for all the game day information and how to buy tickets.
