We caught up with debutant Semi Radradra and halfback Luke Kelly in the sheds after tonight's close 17-10 loss to the Panthers - and both said despite the loss, they were pleased with the team's attitude.

Semi says he's happy with how his debut game went.

"I feel good; it was good to play with the boys who have experience, they make me feel comfortable when I play with them," he said.

"Ricky was happy, he told me I did a lot of carries and running, which was good."

While Luke Kelly says he enjoyed his kicking game playing at halfback for the first time this season.

"I thought we had a few opoortunites that didn't go our way, but full credit to the Panthers, it just wasn't to be," he said.

"I felt comfortable, I've played [at halfback] a lot before and it's pretty similar to five eighth, but it's an added responsibility."

Talking about his 40 metre try off a loose ball right on the stroke of halftime, Kelly said he thought he'd be chased down.

"I had a lucky bounce in the first half, but it would have been nice for that chip in the second half to get up for me!"
