Pirtek Parramatta Eels head coach Ricky Stuart says he's proud of the effort from his side, despite tonight's 14-0 scoreline against them in favour of the Raiders.
"Everything we asked in preparation, everything I asked them to do, they did tonight," he said.
"I can't ask for anything more."
"I'm proud of the way with the players with the way they're handling things at the moment, they've done a real good job for me over the last fortnight."
"There were a number of players who played really well tonight - I think it was Reni's best game for the year, Darcy Lussick's last month has improved every week, and I'm getting a chance to give some of our younger players more game time like Junior Paulo."
The conditions reached as low as minus three degrees, with snowflakes falling for a few minutes in the first half.
"Your'e not going to play in much tougher conditions, unless it's 30 odd degrees, it doesn't get much tougher," Stuart admits.
"But we prepared for that, we had scenarios of preparation being uncomfortable, and not one player whinged, everyone got on with the job."
Club captain Tim Mannah agrees, saying the attitude from the players when tough calls didn't go their way was impressive.
"I think it's part of the game, you have to deal with what you're dealt," Mannah said.
"I thought the guys' attitudes was really good, we didn't fall into a heap when things got tough, we got on with the job - that's the most pleasing part."
