Parramatta Eels fan favourite Semi Radradra has scored a double in the Fiji Bati's convincing win over the Fiji Residents in their 2013 World Cup trial match.

The RLWC Bati side smashed the Residents 50-12 at Prince Charles Park in front of thousands of cheering locals.

The Fijian President, Ratu Epeli Nailatikau was one of the thousands in the crowd, watching the Fijian side before they fly to the UK on Monday.

Coach Rick Stone said the match was a good exposure for the Fiji Bati given that this is the first time a national side has played before departing.

Having a game will give us more confidence and moving us forward, get some combinations and we will be a lot better for the RLWC," he said.

The Residents side was not fully strong knowing what we will face in the World Cup but I respect them for playing a good game."

Fellow NRL stars Sisa Waqa, Marika Koroibete, Jayson Bukuya and the three Sims brothers, Tariq, Ashton and Korbin joined the Semi-Trailer in their first hit-out before the World Cup.
