It's been a crazy couple of weeks for Brad Arthur, who is the Dyldam Parramatta Eels' new Head Coach for the next three years.
After returning from a family holiday in Bali, Brad's hit the ground running - getting his coaching structure in place, working out his training schedules and meeting the players and staff at Parramatta.
In between it all, we sat down with Brad to find out about his focus for the next few months and into the 2014 season; what he thinks about the current Eels squad and our juniors, and what he loves about Parramatta.
