Dyldam Parramatta Eels prop Tim Mannah says hes excited to launch the 2014 jerseys, including the return of the gold away jersey for next season.
Tim says after a poll from fans overwhelmingly wanted the gold jersey to return, its nice to have them rewarded.
Its what the fans wanted, they put a vote out and its good that the club listened to them and brought it back, Tim said.
Were a very big club thats proud of our heritage and history, and its great the club can listen to the fans and bring back some jerseys like the gold one.
Mannah is excited to be modelling the new range - but says he cant pick a favourite!
The jerseys look really good actually, Luke Kelly is modelling them fantastically, Tim laughed.
Whichever one you win in is going to be my favourite, so it doesnt bother me!
With the players a fortnight into pre-season training, Tim says its easy to see the squad is in different shape to last season.
Brads [been] awesome, hes come back [from Manly] an even more balanced coach that he already was, and hes got everyone excited about their footy, he said.
Hes got everyone enthusiastic to push themselves and become a complete footy player over the next few months.
With new players like Will Hopoate, Corey Norman and Justin Hunt with the NRL squad training, Tim says theres an exciting buzz around the office.
Hoppas good - hes slotted in really nicely; itd didnt take him long to pick it up from where he left, Tim said.
Obviously physically hes going to take some time to get to where he needs to be, but in term of ball in the hands, his skill is still there and hes a great asset for our team.
Corey [Norman] and [Nathan] Peatsy [too], it didnt take them long, just a few sessions in to show how good theyre going to be for our team.
Theyre both really good players at reading rugby league and are great communicators, and have made a big difference early on, and Im sure the other new boys are going to be assets for us next year too.
