Dyldam Parramatta Eels winger Justin Hunt says hes embracing his new opportunity in Blue and Gold, and settling into the hard work at training.

After joining the Eels from South Sydney, Hunt says hes bringing with him a strong work ethic built at the Rabbitohs.

Thats definitely something I want to bring across, the culture and my main thing is about being honest, so if I can bring that across thats great, he said.

Id definitely like to take on a bit of a leadership role but just bringing in a lot of energy and culture is the main thing, and all the boys are training really hard, so its looking good.

Wearing our brand new 2014 jerseys, Hunt says its exciting to see the return of the gold away jersey.

I love the new jerseys, especially the gold one, he said.

I think bringing back the tradition is really good and obviously the fans want it, so I think its great.

Its not always easy joining a new club, but Justin says hes been taken in really well and is having fun with his new teammates.

Theyre a good bunch of blokes and theyve really taken me in, so Im really enjoying it, he said.

I was a bit nervous, but once you start training it gets a lot easier.

And training is going awesome - weve definitely noticed the difference with Brad [Arthur] coming here, hes a great leader and the boys are responding to him really well and were all buying into the culture he brings.
