Membership Services Open on Saturday:
We're in the last few days before we kick off at Pirtek Stadium, Parramatta, for Round One! As the day gets closer, and to help assist Members that are yet to receive their Membership Cards, we will have a Membership representative available at the Dyldam Parramatta Eels offices between 10am – 4pm this Saturday the 8th of March.
All Members are welcome to come in and collect an interim ticket for Round 1, and speak to our Membership team in person.
Please note that our phones will not operate during this time, but you can still call us during usual business hours on 1300 BLUE GOLD (1300 258 346).

Members without Cards:
Any Season Ticketed Member that is yet to receive his/her Membership card will still be able to access their seats and benefits this Sunday.
Members need only present to our Membership Services Marquee located at Gates A & B outside our Ticketing Box Office on the Mick Cronin (Eastern Side) of Pirtek Stadium.
From here we will be able to provide you with a temporary paper ticket to access your seat/s for this game.
Members can also call or email prior to Friday and request to have temporary tickets prepared for you at the Membership Marquee.
Round 1:
The Dyldam Parramatta Eels side to play Round One against the New Zealand Warriors has been named for this Sunday night’s season opener at Pirtek Stadium!
Head Coach Brad Arthur has named a 19-man side, with an extended interchange to be finalised closer to game day.
“It was definitely tough, we still haven’t finalised our bench, and I had to have some tough conversations with a couple of the boys,” Arthur said.
“But I’d much rather be in this position [of depth] and I hope we can be in this position for a while.”

Membership Kit Update:
Any Member who is yet to receive any of their 2014 Membership items should contact the Membership team as soon as possible to check the status of the items.
Members can be track the status of their using their EEL- ID number on our Membership tracking site. Please make sure you enter the full ID number including EEL- to check on your items.
Membership cards separately to their Membership packages. Membership packages will arrive in an additional package between 2-3 weeks after their cards. Membership packages should be received within 4-6 weeks from the successful processing of your package.
