The Dyldam Parramatta Eels are excited to help kick off the BMW Sydney Carnival this weekend at Rosehill Gardens, with the first ever Parramatta Leagues Club Reisling Stakes for Fillies!
It’s part of a fantastic racing carnival that features the marquee event, the Tooheys New Golden Slipper held on Saturday April 5 at Rosehill Gardens.
The Sydney Carnival starts at Rosehill Gardens this Saturday, March 22, with Cellarbrations Ladies Day, and is just one of many world-class sporting events happening in Western Sydney.
"Just like the Eels, Rosehill Gardens is synonymous with Western Sydney and it is only fitting that we should come together for the Parramatta Leagues Club Group 2 Reisling Stakes this Saturday.
"Whether it is an Eels blockbuster or the Tooheys New Golden Slipper at Rosehill Gardens, Western Sydney as a community get behind big sporting events."
Before the fillies get out on the track for the Parramatta Leagues Club Riesling Stakes on Saturday, we’ll be at Westfield Parramatta this week to welcome the Tooheys New Golden Slipper trophy to Sydney’s West!
Jarryd Hayne will pay a special visit to Westfield Parramatta this Thursday night, with the Tooheys New Golden Slipper trophy on display between 5.30pm and 8.30pm, and punters can come along to see the trophy in person!
The trophy will be in the Centre Court on Level 2 near the Ticketek concierge, under the large atrium digital screen near the Myer entrance.
Entry to the Cellarbrations Ladies Day at Rosehill is FREE for Parramatta Eels and Parramatta Leagues Club Members, and everyone’s encouraged to come along!
