This year, the Syldam Parramatta Eels want to reward footy clubs and teams that Shine!
So in partnership with Shine Lawyers, we're on the lookout for Parramatta District Junior Rugby League Teams that demonstrate community spirit, inclusion, growth and development.
One team or club will be selected every home game, and as a reward for their commitment to standing up for the little guy, daring to be different, or for being ahead of the pack, they'll receive $500 worth of sporting equipment from Madison.
They'll also have the vital job of running the Eels team out onto the field on game day at either Pirtek Stadium, Parramatta, or ANZ Stadium.
This week, the lucky winner is the under 8s side at Our Lady Queen of Peace, for their commitment to teamwork, their cooperation, and their determination not to let a difference in size or speed hold them back from competing with any side they come across.
