Dyldam Parramatta Eels second-rower Manu Ma’u says he’s confident the players and coaching staff at the Eels will bring out the best in his game.

After re-signing this week on a deal that will see him in Blue and Gold until at least the end of season 2017, Ma’u said the people around him were a decisive factor in his decision to extend his stay at the club.

“It’s a good bunch of boys here,” Ma’u said.

“Our club’s rebuilding and Brad Arthur is one of the reasons I wanted to stay. He brings the best out of me every week; every time I go out there on the field I just want to give it my all.”
