The NYC Dyldam Parramatta Eels will travel to ANZ Stadium to take on the Bulldogs on Sunday in what should be a one-sided affair.
It will be a battle of first place against last place on the ladder, with the Eels looking to make it five wins from six games in the Round 14 clash.
With the Eels coming off an impressive 48-22 win over the Cowboys at Pirtek Stadium, there is a real opportunity for the young Eels to extend their lead on the NYC ladder.
Canterbury-Bankstown hasn’t been able to win a game since Round 10 against the Warriors, where they snagged a 31-30 golden-point victory; their most recent loss came against Manly where they fell 28-12.
Parramatta will field some changes in the round 14 clash with Kelepi Tanginoa named in the Wentwothville NSW Cup side, Joey Lussick returning as hooker and Nathan Davis and Leva Li both returning after late exclusions last week.
The Eels have the best attacking stats in the league with 456 points scored and only 284 against, leaving them with a 172 for-and-against compared to Cantebury’s -159.
The NYC match between Parramatta and Canterbury-Bankstown will kick-off at 12:45pm, with NRL kick-off following at 3pm.
