Dyldam Parramatta Eels fullback Jarryd Hayne and the NSW Blues returned to Sydney on Thursday with the State of Origin shield after Game 3 of the series.
They celebrated with fans at the Sydney Opera House, and Hayne said the return home made the long-awaited series victory sweeter.
"After being away in camp and in Coffs Harbour [to prepare], just to come back to Sydney is special," Hayne said.
