Under 20s coach Justin Holbrook has finalised his Dyldam Parramatta Eels side to take on the Canberra Raiders this afternoon at GIO Stadium.
A win in the match will ensure a top 4 finish for the young Eels, and a home final in the first week of the Holden Cup finals series.
