With the 2015 Dick Smith NRL Auckland Nines just around the corner, the Dyldam Parramatta Eels are preparing for another strong showing in the much-anticipated tournament.
In the competition's inaugural year, the Eels were victorious in their opening two clashes of the tournament against the Sydney Roosters (18 – 11) and the Canterbury Bulldogs (23 -6) before going down to the Brisbane Broncos (14 – 15) in a tightly contested affair. The Eels were eventually knocked out in the Quarter Finals by the Cronulla Sharks.
