The Dyldam Parramatta Eels are calling for volunteers to be part of our brand new, world-class Fan Experience Team and help us take our game days to the next level.
The 30 people who are selected into the Fan Experience Team will volunteer their time providing assistance and service at all of the Eels’ 11 Sydney home games, and be a visible friendly face for those with questions and needing help.
In return for volunteering their time, the Fan Experience Team will receive training with a two-day induction course to be run on February 28 and March 1, and career growth opportunities in venue operations, sports event delivery and fan customer service.
If you love being part of big events and have endless enthusiasm for customer service, the Fan Experience Team is definitely for you!
