Dyldam Parramatta Eels forward Manu Ma’u has been charged by the match review committee following Monday night’s match against the North Queensland Cowboys.

Eels forward Manu Ma’u was not penalised during the match, but was nonetheless charged with a Grade 2 – Dangerous Contact for a tackle involving Cowboys player Ray Thompson in the 39th minute of the match.

The charge on Ma’u attracts a potential three weeks on the sideline, or two weeks with an early guilty plea.

The Eels have until midday Wednesday 10 June to respond to the charges.
