Dyldam Parramatta Eels Holden Cup coach Brett Cook has made several changes to his side to take on the Gold Coast Titans today at Cbus Super Stadium.
Centre Mason Cerruto has been ruled out with injury, with Tyrell Fuimaono moving from the second row to cover his position.
Josh Aloiai is also injured, with Fairouz Elkander and Brandon Raeli moving from the bench into the starting second row.
Tom Amone and Jeff Markus have also switched, with Markus to come off the bench.
Michael Doolan and Tepai Tepu-Smith remain on the bench in jerseys 18 and 19 respectively.
