Northern Territory athletes and promising rugby league talents William Nugraha and Rodney Baird joined the Dyldam Parramatta Eels this week as they trained at TIO Stadium.

Nugraha and Baird, both NT locals, were signed on development contracts with the Blue and Gold earlier in 2015, allowing them to remain with their families while working closely with the staff at the Northern Territory Institute of Sport, but also travelling to Parramatta twice a year to work with Eels coaching staff and District Representative squads.

The two 16-year-old talents will also see the Eels in action on Saturday night as Parramatta takes on Penrith at TIO Stadium as part of the NRL's Indigenous Round. Kick off is at 7pm local time (7.30pm AEST).
