This week, the Dyldam Parramatta Eels returned to the training paddock for the commencement of their 2016 pre-season training.

Returning in two groups under the close eye of the Eels' coaching staff, the 2016 Eels squad were put through their paces with plenty of field work, conditioning and gym work. Check out some of the highlights!

In the seven weeks leading into their Christmas break, the Blue and Gold will be partaking in a structured and planned approach to training monitored by the coaching staff, with sessions ranging from aerobic testing, conditioning, recovery and stretch sessions, weight sessions, team meetings, screenings, off-site training camps and more.
