As pre-season entered the third week, the Parramatta Eels stepped it up a notch in the Western Sydney heat.

In the weeks leading into their Christmas break, the Blue and Gold will be partaking in a structured and planned approach to training monitored by the coaching staff, with sessions ranging from aerobic testing, conditioning, recovery and stretch sessions, weight sessions, team meetings, screenings, off-site training camps and more.
