Dyldam Parramatta Eels dietitian Ryan Pinto doesn't just work with players at the Eels Trianing Centre; the Blue and Gold were fortunate enough to have him travel to the 2016 Downer NRL Auckland Nines with the team to ensure that all hydration, meals and snacks were tailored to recovery to maximise performance.
And at home in Parramatta, the Eels staff work to ensure that players and their families are educated through seminars and cooking classes to get the best nutritional benefits out of their meals at home.
