Parramatta Eels Chairman Steve Sharp and CEO John Boulous have met with ARL Chairman John Grant this afternoon in response to the recent media speculation.
Steve Sharp reiterated the club's willingness to fully co-operate with the NRL in investigating any matters that have been raised over the past couple of days.
"A number of the allegations relate to matters that were already part of a salary cap review process that the Club has been working closely on with the NRL,” Mr Sharp said.
"We will continue to be open and transparent with the NRL to ensure that everything is reviewed and addressed properly."
