Dyldam Parramatta Eels halfback Kieran Foran has today entered an early guilty plea for a charge of Grade 1 Contrary Conduct - Contact with Match Official, leaving him free to play in Round 4 of the NRL Telstra Premiership.

The charge, for making contact with referee Matt Cecchin in the 45th minute of the Eels' Round 3 match against the Bulldogs, carries a base penalty of 125 points, or 93 points for an early guilty plea.
