The Dyldam Parramatta Eels side to take on the Penrith Panthers has been confirmed by Head Coach Brad Arthur, making one change to the line up that was named earlier in the week.
With Eels Club Captain and forward Tim Mannah ruled out through injury, David Gower has been called into the starting side.
