The Dyldam Parramatta Eels take on the South Sydney Rabbitohs at Pirtek Stadium tonight (Fridau 13 May) for their Round 10 clash of the NRL Telstra Premiership.

Previewing the game thanks to betting.club, Blue and Gold Assistant Coach Pete Gentle says the side will be switched on and focused for tonight's clash, despite the off-field distractions over the past two weeks.

"It has been an indifferent week. They are a resillient mob," Gentle said.

"They know their job, they are professional. If there's not one thing theres another, it's been that way all year. They are very good at putting that aside and getting out on the field and doing their job."

South Sydney Rabbitohs Head Coach Michael Maguire has made a handful of changes after his side enters the clashing coming off four straight losses, and Gentle says the changes will post plenty of dangers for the Blue and Gold.

"They have made a few changes which is going to spark them. They do look stronger with Inglis in the halves, the three big Burgess' all playing, they will definitely be a challenge for us," Gentle said.

"We have been pretty good all year, defensively right across the park, but everyone has a job to do against a very big pack this week." Gentle added.

"We are really just looking forward to getting out onto the field this week. That's what we do and that's where we are at our best."

And with Greg Inglis to play in the halves, having the ball in his hands will pose plenty of dangers.

"He is a class player isn't he [GI]. Obviously the more touches he has, the more dangerous they are going to be so we have done some work on that and we are ready."

The Eels will again be without team and club captains, Kieran Foran and Tim Mannah, with Brad Takairangi to again be used in the halves and Danny Wicks to start at prop.

"Brad is a very talented player and very skillful," Gentle said.

"He can play a number of positions, the six being one of them so we don't lose a lot there at all, he is going very good for us."

Kick off against the Rabbitohs is at 7:50pm. Click here for all the Game Day Info including information on key times, tickets, parking, transport and more.
