Dyldam Parramatta Eels second-rower Manu Ma'u will appear before the NRL judiciary on Wednesday, July 27, to contest a Grade 1 Dangerous Throw charge from the Eels' Round 20 clash against the Gold Coast Titans.
The charge, for a tackle on Titans half Ash Taylor in the 54th minute of the game, carries a base penalty of 125 points.
If the club is unsuccessful in contesting the charge, the total applicable points would see Ma'u miss one week of competition.
