Description -

Dyldam Parramatta Eels forward and 2016 Ken Thornett Medallist Manu Ma'u has been named to play in David Kidwell's NZ Kiwi side to take on the Kangaroos in Perth on Saturday.

New head coach David Kidwell has selected his first NZ Kiwis team,  a 19-man squad including seven changes from side that faced Australia in the Downer Trans-Tasman Test in May.

The starting line-up includes two players making their debuts for New Zealand, Solomone Kata and Jordan Rapana.

The game kicks off at Perth’s nib Stadium at 7:50 eastern time.

Saturday's clash will be their only game before they seek to defend their Four Nations title in the United Kingdom. They open their Four Nations account against hosts England on Sunday, October 30 (NZ time) at Huddersfield, followed by Australia (November 6) and Scotland (November 12).
